Description

Coaching works because of how the human brain works.  In the coaching relationship the coach is a learning partner with the person being coached (PBC) and by understanding the neurological dynamics involved in learning, you can be a more effective coach.

This class will provide information on different learning styles, cognitive preferences, and learning processes that reflects how the brain works in order to generate powerful results in the person being coached. Skill development focuses upon incorporating the knowledge of learning into coaching questions, statements, and listening.

  1. Re Coaching and the Brain Course: I am currently in a Certified Divorce Coaching course that meets on Tuesdays from noon to 2:30 Eastern. The last meeting date will be April 24, 2018. Will I miss too much of the interactive benefits of a live presentation if I listen to the recorded versions of classes 1 and 2 of your course?
