Written Feedback for ECC Program Coaching Session

This ECC Written Feedback payment should be completed at the time you send in your 20-30 minute coaching session recording, along with the Cover Sheet for ECC Written Feedback Requests and Release of Confidential Information form.

Feedback is important to a coach’s growth.  Feedback that centers on the ICF Core Competency markers is essential.

Coaches who are pursuing their Executive Christian Coaching (ECC) certification with CAM are required to submit recordings throughout their training for feedback.  We encourage all coaches to take advantage of this service.

Recordings should be submitted to Danelle Miller (dmiller@ca-ministries.com) with the following guidelines:

  • in an easily accessible format (.mp3, .mp4, etc.)
  • the session should be 20-30 minutes in length (longer recordings will result in additional fees)
  • a signed release of confidential information is included
  • a completed cover sheet is included

Recordings will be assessed by a PCC-level mentor coach, and feedback will be returned within one week of receipt of the recording, release, and payment. Please note: the feedback process cannot begin before this payment is received.
