My name is Jason Pierce, and I want to help you reach your fullest God-given potential.
I’ve been married to my beautiful wife for 20+ years. We have two wonderful girls and an incredible son-in-law.
I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a
Masters Degree in Clinical Adult Psychology. I worked in the mental health field for over six years. My major duties included counseling, leading groups, and helping clients manage their lives.
I left the mental health field and went into full time ministry in 2003. I served as a Connections/Associate Pastor of a large church for 12 years. My duties there included (but weren’t limited to) oversight of volunteer systems, small group ministries, guest assimilation, and member follow up. I also provided oversight for the youth and young adult/college ministries as well as office administration.
I hold the following coaching certifications:
- Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation.
- Assembly of God Coaching Level 3.
- Executive Christian Coach with Coach Approach Ministries.
- Certified Christian Leadership Coach with Coach Approach Ministries.
I am also a certified personality profiler with Uniquely You. I firmly believe that coaching is a great tool to help people find direction in their lives.
