Doug Foltz was admittedly a skeptic about coaching. He thought it might help him more effectively tell others what to do. But Doug’s story is one of conversion. Doug is now an ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation, and his involvement with CAM has changed the direction of coaching within Stadia, an organization which plants churches all over the world.
