You’re called to make a difference in the lives of leaders, but how do you bring real value to the men and women who lead others? This course provides a framework for coaching leaders based on solid leadership principles and proven methods for helping leaders raise their performance and grow their potential. It’s perfect for coaches who work with leaders and those who want to explore leadership coaching as a coaching niche.

The purpose of CAM 510 is to equip you to support leaders in their growth and performance as leaders.  To this end, the course provides: 

  1. A foundational understanding of leadership that applies to all leadership contexts, and can be used by you as a coaching framework for describing and prescribing high-functioning leadership,  
  2. Coaching tools and resources that can be used immediately with the leaders you coach, and 
  3. An introduction to common challenges faced by those in leadership and how you can coach leaders in addressing these challenges.   

Along the way, you will get real-world examples, best practices, relevant tools and resources, and practical how-tos for conducting framework-oriented leadership coaching.   

This class is taught in a live, online format and provides 16 hours of ICF-approved training. Class meets for 8 consecutive weeks and each weekly session is 90 minutes long.
