You’ve earned the Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching (CCLC), signifying your preparedness for coaching others forward in life, ministry, leadership and success. Now you are committed to earning the ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. CAM’s CCLC Plus is an ICF-accredited Level 1 program designed to get you there.
Bridging from CCLC to CCLC Plus (all included in this product)
The completed CCLC Plus program provides 67 hours of approved coach training along with mentor coaching and real-time feedback throughout the program. You’ve already earned 32 of these hours in the CCLC program and you’ve completed the mentor coaching as well. To continue to your CCLC Plus certificate, you’ll need the following:
- 1 Observed Coaching with Written Feedback
- CAM 503 – Coaching Change, Transition, and Transformation
- CAM 5xx – Elective (can be taken at any point after 501)
- Final Coaching Assessment graded at the ACC level (only coaches who pass the final assessment earn the CCLC Plus certificate)
