Close to the end of the Executive Christian Coach (ECC) program — once you complete all eight CAM 500-level courses, GMC, and have submitted all three written feedbacks — you will start Advanced Mentor Coaching. AMC involves 5 one-on-one mentor coaching sessions, spread out over approximately 10 weeks, with a PCC or MCC mentor coach. During these five sessions, your mentor coach will hear you coach and provide targeted feedback aimed at helping you clearly demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level. The goal of AMC is to help you consistently coach at the PCC level, preparing you for the Final Coach Assessment at the end of the program.
