After meeting the other requirements for CCLC Plus Certification, the last step is the Final Coaching Assessment. When you are ready, you will submit one (1) recording and we will assign a PCC or MCC to assess your level of coaching competency based on the coaching you do during the recordings. Participants will have a clear idea of what standards are expected with the use of the ICF competency handout which is used throughout the CCLC+ process. The assessor will be looking for the recordings to demonstrate ACC level coaching skills. The recording should be:
- Audio only.
- 20-60 minutes in length and feature a variety of competencies (recordings over 60 minutes will not be reviewed).
- Conducted with an actual coaching client (not from a class assignment with a coaching peer or mentor coach; a nonpaying client is fine).
- A full session that demonstrates coaching at the level expected of an ACC coach.
