- Training – Can lead to coaching… Great content that needs put into practice.
- Leadership Development – Not as content specific as training. What’s it take for you to be successful in this role as a leader? Naturally coaching, but may need some training. May need mentoring, facilitation, feedback.
- Organizational Development – Leader can only develop as far as org will allow it. Leader is creating positive change. Org accepts or pushes back. Coaching an entire org.
