Certified Christian Leadership Coaches plus [cclc+]
Our Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching Plus (CCLC+) is a level one program designed to take coaches to the ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Certification.
The CCLC+ curriculum consists of 64 hours of coach training as well as 10 hours of mentor coaching. You will also receive free access to CAM 101 – Intro to Christian Coaching.
Our CCLC+ program is Level 1 accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
CCLC+ can also be upgraded to ECC at any time during or after the certification.

Luke Crowley, ACC
Luke Crowley is dedicated to helping people become world-class leaders. With over a decade of experience in executive roles, he excels at spotting potential and guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative growth. Outside of coaching, you’ll find him spending time with his wife Mary or hunting for fresh snow for a ski day.
Tyler Gerfers, ACC
Tyler has used a coach approach in life and ministry since 2021. He loves to engage people through coaching to see them learn and grow as a whole person. He has a great passion for coaching and believes it is ‘the high tide that raises all ships’ for everyone. Outside of coaching, Tyler works with university students, ministry leaders, and all things powerlifting.
Dan Hayden
Dan helps Christian fathers of teens move from tension and miscommunication to understanding, trust, and a lasting legacy of faith and connection. A former Army Engineer Officer, he empowers fathers with faith-based mental fitness, blending neuroscience and biblical wisdom to guide Saboteur mindsets to Sage-led relationships. His workshops equip churches, men’s ministries, and parents with strategies for stronger family bonds.
Brenda Jochum
Brenda Jochum is the founder of Strengths Connection and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Certified Listening Intelligence (LQ) Coach. She is passionate about helping people discover the unique ways God has designed them and use those gifts with confidence and purpose. Through thoughtful questions, deep listening, and a strengths-based approach, Brenda partners with clients as they seek greater clarity, alignment, and faith-filled direction for their lives and work.
Pablo Juarez, ACC
The greatest blessing you can be for another person is not just sharing your strengths and potential but helping them to discover their own. Dr. Pablo Juarez is the founder of Leaderplus and has 27 years of experience in organizational leadership, higher education administration, and pastoral ministries.
Andreas Köstenberger, PhD, MDiv
Dr. Andreas Köstenberger is a New Testament scholar and evangelical author. He also serves as theologian in residence at Fellowship Raleigh. He and his wife Marny host Oak Tree Cottage, a hospitality and coaching ministry. Together, they founded Biblical Foundations to support marriages and families. They live in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and have four adult children.
Marny Köstenberger, THD
Marny is a seminary trained theologian and published author serving as adjunct faculty at Heritage Seminary in Canada. She and her husband Andreas host at Oak Tree Cottage in Wake Forest, NC, providing B&B-style leadership retreats. She is cofounder of Biblical Foundations, producing ministry resources with her husband, and is devoted mother of four adult children.
Todd Nathan, ACC
Todd is a Professional Certified Life Coach who creates safe space for clients facing grief, burnout, or mental health challenges. With a background in ministry and mentoring—and shaped by personal loss—he brings deep empathy, encouragement, and clarity. He also supports parents of children with mental health struggles.
Kim Rider
Kim is a certified coach and small business owner with over 20 years of operational leadership experience. Larry Tung
Larry partners with professionals in the technology industry to navigate leadership challenges, career development, and personal growth. His coaching focuses on helping clients gain insights that lead to clarity and action. Larry serves as a Product Manager at Salesforce, is a husband and father of two, and volunteers actively at his church.
Dwight Weber
Dwight Weber brings 40 years of experience advancing the Kingdom through the local church. Having served at every pastoral level, he offers a unique mix of passion and apostolic insight. His coaching is tempered with discernment and a deep heart for mentoring pastors and church planters. Dwight currently serves as a neighborhood missionary in Elkhart, Indiana.
Kenneth Warren
Pastor Ken has faithfully served in ministry for over 30 years. He has been married to his wife, Rachel, for 37 years and is blessed with five wonderful children and three grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golf, pickleball, and hunting. His passion is helping people grow in faith and purpose.
Claudia Wondrak
Thoughts can take you far, but sometimes they trap us. I’m Claudia Wondrak, somatic process facilitator and life coach. I guide people to pause, feel, and act.
