We are proud to recognize our CCLC, CCLC+, and ECC coaches.
Certified Christian Leadership Coaches plus [cclc+]
Our Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching Plus (CCLC+) is a level one program designed to take coaches to the ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Certification.
The CCLC+ curriculum consists of 64 hours of coach training as well as 10 hours of mentor coaching. You will also receive free access to CAM 101 – Intro to Christian Coaching.
Our CCLC+ program is Level 1 accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
CCLC+ can also be upgraded to ECC at any time during or after the certification.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find him spending time with his wife Mary or hunting for fresh snow for a ski day.
Tyler Gerfers, ACC
Tyler has used a coach approach in life and ministry since 2021. He loves to engage people through coaching to see them learn and grow as a whole person. He has a great passion for coaching and believes it is ‘the high tide that raises all ships’ for everyone. Outside of coaching, Tyler works with university students, ministry leaders, and all things powerlifting.
