CAM’s enhanced Group Mentor Coaching is specifically intended to provide quality feedback geared toward coaching strengths and growth opportunities, to create a portfolio of student skill and competency achievement, and to satisfy the mentor coaching requirement for ICF credentialing.

To meet the newest ICF mentor coaching standards, all mentor coaches will hold MCS-ACC, MCS-PCC, and/or MCS-MCC designations beginning in January 2027.

This mentor coaching process provides at least ten hours of mentor coaching – seven (7) hours through a group coaching/supervision cohort and three (3) hours of one-on-one mentor coaching. Depending on the number of registrations, GMC could include up to 11 group sessions (participation in all group sessions is expected). The complete GMC process will cover at least 90 days.

Group Mentor Coaching is a requirement of all three of our Certification Options.

GMC will have 8 to 11 group sessions depending on the number of registrations. By registering, you are agreeing to be an active participant in all group sessions, creating a consistent learning environment where all coaches benefit from the full participation of their peers.

Refund policy: For registration cancellations within 14 days before the start of a class, participants can choose to move their registration to another equivalent course offering* or receive a partial refund of 85%. Before the 14-day mark, a full refund will be given. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after the start of the course. 

*GMC registration changes are contingent upon available seats and are subject to a 15% rescheduling fee.
