Dr. Keith G. Edwards, PCC, ECC

Dr. Keith Edwards and his wife, Esther, have devoted over 36 years to ministry, deeply impacting lives and communities through their leadership and spiritual guidance. Currently, they serve as the pastoral leaders of Centerpointe Church
in Fairfax, Virginia. Keith is also part of the executive leadership team of the Potomac Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, where he helps shape the future of church development and growth across the region.

As a leadership coach, author, speaker, and coach trainer, his work is driven by a deep desire to inspire and equip others to reach their fullest potential—whether in ministry, leadership, or personal development. He brings years of experience to coaching pastors, leaders, and teams , helping them achieve sustainable success by guiding them through transformational leadershipstrategies.

Keith holds a Doctorate of Ministry
from Regent University, an M.A.
from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a B.A. from the University of Valley Forge. Keith’s specializes in training church plant coaches and supporting organizational growth. His coaching journey began in 2004, and since then, he has played pivotal roles, including serving as church development director for the Potomac Ministry Center and leading the coaching division of the Church Multiplication Network.

Keith is a PCC-certified coach through the International Coach Federation and a
Level 3 coach with the Assemblies of God Coaching Coalition.

In 2021, Keith and Esther founded
Enjoy the Journey Leadership Coaching, a platform that allows them to extend their passion for leadership and personal development even further, helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential.

Executive Christian Coaches (ECC)

Our Executive Christian Coach (ECC) Certificate is an advanced curriculum designed for coaches looking for the next level of training.

The ECC Certification includes the core CCLC curriculum as well as additional courses and training to provide you with both foundational and advanced coaching skills – you will finish our training with a skill set capable of coaching on any topic: transition, leadership, career, faith formation, or any other coaching niche you can imagine.

Once completed, the ECC Certification also serves as a great start to completing ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Certification.
