AMC takes place toward the end of your ECC Level 2 program with CAM. These five one-on-one mentor coaching sessions, starting in the last half of the program, meet the 2027 formative assessment requirement set forth by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Advanced Mentor Coaching involves 5 one-on-one enhanced mentor coaching sessions with an MCS-PCC or MCS-MCC coach. While taking the last four classes of the ECC Level 2 program, students will participate in their first two ECC AMC sessions. The last three sessions will take place at the end of the program after all other coursework has been completed.
Throughout the five sessions, your mentor coach will hear you coach and will meet with you to provide targeted feedback aimed at helping you clearly demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies at the level expected of a PCC coach.
AMC sessions are purchased one at a time — this product is for one session, and is used for sessions #1 – 4 of AMC.
Session 5 is purchased separately (here), and will include a regular AMC session in addition to the Competency Review which will determine if the coach has passed CAM’s Level 2 program.
