Feedback is important to a coach’s growth. Feedback that centers on the ICF Core Competency markers is essential.
Coaches who are pursuing their Certified Christian Leadership Coach Plus (CCLC+) certification with CAM are required to submit a recording for feedback during their training. We encourage all coaches to take advantage of this service.
Recordings should be submitted to Danelle Miller (dmiller@ca-ministries.com) with the following guidelines:
- in an easily accessible format (.mp3, .mp4, etc.)
- the session should be 20-30 minutes in length (longer recordings will result in additional fees)
- a signed release of confidential information is included
- a completed cover sheet is included
Recordings will be assessed by a PCC-level mentor coach, and feedback will be returned within one week of receipt of the recording, release, and payment. Please note: the feedback process cannot begin before this payment is received.
